Somm On-Demand!

As a member, you agree that you are of legal drinking age. Somm for the Day is not a distributor of alcoholic products and does not re-sell alcohol. All members will have access hours for phone calls and text messages between the hours of 8am and 8pm Monday-Friday, 12pm-7pm Saturday and Sunday. *Swag Bag is only for new memberships. **For all text message responses, Somm for the Day has up to the displayed number of hours to respond to the text message. In many cases, the response will be faster. Hours are 'business hours', for example a text sent at 6pm Sunday for Bottle service will be responded to no later than 11am Monday. Bottle Service members will have up to two (2) emergency texts per month where Somm for the Day will respond within 1 hour. More details will be provided after membership term begins. Emergency text messages can be sent during extended hours of 8-10pm Monday-Friday and 7-9pm Saturday and Sunday. Somm for the Day reserves the right to change terms at any time. At any time, if Somm for the Day ends the Gimme Somm Help program, refunds will be provided only for remaining full months for which the member has pre-paid. No sharing of memberships. ***All wine, taxes, shipping (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the member. Somm for the Day takes no ownership of the wine and serves solely as an entity to procure selected wines who are members and 21 or older. ^Discount only applies to service fees. All wine, food, and any other products required for experience are excluded.
